Molly Froman was born on June 27, 2003 in Georgia to Jim and Lynn Froman. She has two sister, Ansley and Maddie, three dogs named Gus, Teddy and Ellie and a cat. Both of her sisters are on the Acrobatics and Tumbling team at Fairmont State. Currently, Molly is a student at Etowah High School and she will graduate in 2021.

Molly has been training at Georgia All Star Gymnastics in Woodstock, GA since she was level 4. She earned a bronze medal on uneven bars at the 2012 Level 5 State Championships and a bronze medal on vault at the 2014 Level 6 State Championships. Molly moved up to level 7 for the next two seasons. She placed third in the all-around with a 37.525 and first on uneven bars at the 2015 State Championships. At the 2015 Region 8 Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around with a 37.775 and second on uneven bars. In 2016, Molly placed second in the all-around with a 37.875, first on balance beam, second on vault, uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. She was on the Georgia State Team representing at the 2016 Region 8 Championships. She earned a gold medal on uneven bars and a silver medal on balance beam at the Regionals.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2017, Molly placed in the top two in the first four meets she competed in. She was unable to compete at the State Meet due to an injury. She came back in 2018 as a second-year level 8 gymnast where she earned gold medals on uneven bars and in the all-around at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing fourth in the all-around and third on uneven bars.

Molly moved up to level 9 for the 2019 season. She earned gold medals on uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.275 at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around with a 37.150 and third on uneven bars. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Kissimmee, FL where she placed 13th in the all-around and sixth on uneven bars. Molly also competed in high school gymnastics. She placed first on floor exercise, third on uneven bars and fourth in the all-around at the State Preliminaries. At the High School State Championships, she won the uneven bars title with a 9.850.

In the fall of 2019, Molly won the uneven bars title at the High School State Championships. Molly qualified to the 2020 Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Molly trains 21 hours per week at Georgia All Star Gymnastics in Woodstock, GA under coaches Jason Beliveau, Sennie Clark and Jorgen Falk. She is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals in 2020. Her long-term goal is to compete for a college gymnastics team.
