KCH + stalder to handstand + Maloney + overshoot; kip + squat-on; KCH + toe-on to handstand + double tuck dismount

Training: Giant 1/2, Maloney + pak salto

Balance Beam
Press to handstand; flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap + split jump 3/4; full turn; front aerial; roundoff + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Full turn with leg up, side aerial + Arabian dismount

Floor Exercise
Full turn with leg up, roundoff + whip + back layout 1.5; switch split leap + split jump 1/1; FHS + Rudi

Training: Front layout 1/1 + front tuck, back layout 2/1, back layout 1.5 + front pike, double tuck
