Regan started taking gymnastics classes with her twin sister at the age of seven at Salto Gymnastics in Waukesha, WI. She has been training at Salto her whole competitive career. She competed levels 2-4 between 2015-2018 seasons. She was the 2018 Level 4 WI State All-Around, Uneven Bars and Balance Beam Champion. She tested out of level 5, skipped level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2019 season. Regan placed second in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the State Championships.

In 2020, Regan moved up to level 8 where she qualified to the State Championships but was unable to compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Regan competed level 9 for the next two seasons. She placed first on uneven bars and in the all-around at the 2021 State Championships and second in the all-around and second on vault and uneven bars at the Region 4 Championships. Regan qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals, finishing eighth in the all-around and fifth on uneven bars. As a second-year level 9 gymnast in 2022, Regan placed second in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the State Championships. She grabbed gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals for the second time, finishing in the top ten in the all-around and third on uneven bars. Regan was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars.

Regan moved up to level 10 for the 2023 season. She placed fifth in the all-around and fourth on uneven bars at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Level 10 National Championships in Oklahoma City, OK where she finished 11th on balance beam out of 56 gymnasts. In 2024, Regan placed seventh in the all-around and fourth on floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Level 10 Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL where she placed seventh on uneven bars with a 9.675 and scored a 37.375 in the all-around.

In 2025, Regan finished third in the all-around with a 37.700 and first on uneven bars with a 9.725. She qualified to the Level 10 National Championships in Salt Lake City, UT where she placed eighth on uneven bars with a 9.725 and 20th overall out of 57 gymnasts.

When Regan isn't busy training 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, cooking and baking. She lives in Wisconsin with her mom, Susan, twin sister, Erin and two cats named Jake and Bella. Currently, Regan is an honor student at Brookfield East High School and she will graduate in 2026. She is a member of Key Club.
