Training: Tsuk layout and Kasamatsu

Uneven Bars
Jump to high bar; KCH + overshoot; KCH + free hipcircle to handstand + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH + giant + toe-on front tuck dismount

Training: Front giant + front giant, kip switch grip, overshoot to handstand, toe-on front tuck 1/2 dismount

Balance Beam
Full turn with leg up; side aerial + roundoff; back tuck; straddle jump + tuck jump 3/4; switch split leap + switch split leap + split jump; front layout dismount

Training: Split jump 1/1, back pike, side aerial + side aerial

Floor Exercise
Front tuck + roundoff + back layout + split jump; FHS + front layout + front layout; roundoff + back layout 1/2 + front pike; switch split leap + straddle jump + Popa + split jump 1/1; double turn

Training: Roundoff + double tuck, FHS + front layout 1/1, roundoff + double layout, 3/1 turn
