Trinity started her gymnastics journey at the age of six. Her parents signed Trinity up for gymnastics after she broke both the shower and closet rods from swinging on them. Also, while attending daycare, Trinity would enjoy doing flips and cartwheels in front of her teachers and friends. Trinity competed level 4 in 2019, level 5 in 2020 and level 7 in 2021.
As a level 8 gymnast in 2022, Trinity placed fifth in the all-around and second on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing third on floor exercise and fifth on vault. She moved up to level 9 for the 2023 season where she qualified to the Level 9 State Championships. As a second-year level 9 gymnast in 2024, Trinity placed second in the all-around and first on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished second in the all-around and first on floor exercise. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals where she took home a gold medal on vault.
Trinity is the daughter to Jasmin and Jamal Crowell and she has a brother, Andre and a dog named Chewy. Currently, Trinity is a student at Etowah High School and she will graduate in 2027. She was on the Etowah High School gymnastics team during the 2023-2024 school year. In December 2022, Trinity was a performer in the production of the Nutcracker as a star acrobat at the Cobb Energy Centre presented by Atlanta Ballet.
