Allie Misenheimer was born on March 16, 2006 in Durham, NC to Cris and Luther Misenheimer. She has an older sister, Emma and a younger sister, Avery, a dog named Finley and two horses, Scarlett and Cinnamon. Both of Allie's sisters are also gymnasts at Bull City Gymnastics. Currently, Allie is a student at Eno River Academy and she will graduate in 2024. During Allie's spare time, she enjoys playing outdoors, horseback riding and going to the lake.

Allie has been training at Bull City Gymnastics in Durham, NC her whole gymnastics career. She placed fourth on uneven bars with a 9.425 at the 2014 Level 4 State Championships and fourth on floor exercise with a 9.450 at the 2015 Level 5 State Championships. Allie moved up to level 7 for the 2016 season where she placed fourth in the all-around with a 37.550 and first on balance beam with a 9.675. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished third in the all-around with a 37.525 and third on uneven bars with a 9.625.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2017, Allie placed sixth in the all-around and second on uneven bars at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing second in the all-around with a 37.775, first on floor exercise and second on uneven bars and balance beam. Allie had a great level 9 season where she finished sixth in the all-around with a 37.475 and third on balance beam with a 9.475 at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished second in the all-around with a 37.400 and first on uneven bars with a 9.575. Allie qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Rochester, NY, finishing sixth in the all-around with a 37.150, first on uneven bars with a 9.575 and second on balance beam with a 9.400. Allie was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars.

Allie moved up to level 10 for the 2019 season. She placed fourth on balance beam and eighth in the all-around at the State Championships. She earned a silver medal on balance beam at the Region 8 Championships. Allie qualified to the 2020 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Allie placed fifth in the all-around and second on uneven bars and balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals after finishing third in the all-around with a 37.700 and second on balance beam at the Region 8 Championships. Allie placed ninth in the all-around with a 37.250 at the 2022 Region 8 Championships and qualified to the Level 10 National Championships in Mesa, AZ.

Allie trains 32 hours per week at Sonshine Gymnastics in Holly Springs, NC under coaches Heidi and Milan Stanovich. She is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals. Her long-term goal is to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
